Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you wish to forward mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
